I am very satisfied with this service. I went there based on a recommendation and because I could book an appointment online on short notice. They identified the issue and informed me that they would call the next business day to let me know when the part would arrive. And that’s exactly what happened. I was given a new appointment and an estimate of the cost. The day before the appointment, I also received a reminder via SMS. They are fast, reliable, and customer-friendly.

Fantastic garage. I took my 2022 Dacia Duster there for the first time because it needed to be deregistered in Germany and re-registered in Vienna. This required a new inspection. Previously, the car had passed its German TÜV inspection and a major service at the Dacia-Renault dealership. Unfortunately, everyone in Germany overlooked the fact that the tires were cracked. Even the TÜV inspectors missed it. A significant safety hazard. I drive a lot, often 1000 km at a time.
The Fastbox garage pointed this out to me, showed me the damage to all the tires, got the tires I needed, and handled everything properly, courteously, and reliably. From now on, this is my go-to garage. Thank you, and I'll be back!

I had my third brake light replaced. The light was replaced, but it still doesn't work. The electrical wiring company isn't responsible. Their response was to find an auto electrician. I would have to pay for the replacement and continue driving without a brake light. 😡
